Who we are
Founders Alpha runs foundersalpha.com. For anything about your data, email niklas@foundersalpha.com.
What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address, the time you signed up and the link you came from (for example a post on X). We collect nothing else on this page. While the website is password protected, it uses a cookie to remember access. It uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and its font is served from our own domain.
Why we use it
We use your email address to send you the Founders Alpha updates you asked for: invitations, news about our gatherings and the occasional note. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
Who processes it for us
- Kit (USA) stores our mailing list and sends our emails. See Kit's privacy policy.
- Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts this website and processes standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure it.
Both providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for a copy of it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
